Malumba Estate private Hire Pricing

Malumba Estate has a 3-night minimum booking requirement
The nightly rate is $3500 per night.
Discounts are given for 7 day stays or longer, excludes Christmas and public holidays.
There is a cleaning charge of $1500 (It takes 48 hours to clean the interior of Malumba Estate, not including linen, the other dwellings on the property, the alfresco areas or the removal of rubbish from the property after an event. Malumba Estate has 67 french windows and doors to clean – each stay).
Weddings, events or retreats with guests in attendance of more than 30 persons are considered larger events and an event fee of $1500 is charged. This fee goes toward the additional work required by our team to assist with a larger event, viewings by suppliers, rubbish removal, property maintenance etc.
Weddings, events or retreats with more than 30 persons in attendance, also require guests to hire a trained Malumba event assistant at a cost of no more than $500 for the full duration of your day usually 8am – 10pm. (We highly recommend for larger weddings or events that two or more event assistants are hired).

WEDDING/EVENT/ RETREAT COST EXAMPLE

$10,500 (3 night stay x $3500 per night)
Luxury accommodation for 10 guests and use of entire property
$1500 Cleaning, linen & ancillaries fee
$2500 event fee + $500 event assistant (x 1)
$15,000 Total = $500 per person, per night
(**$2000 Refundable damage bond is payable in addition to the above).
If booking direct a 25% deposit is required to secure the property for your chosen dates. Dates are never held without a deposit being received.

If booking and paying via AirBNB or other accommodation websites, a 14% or higher ‘booking fee’, may be charged. Accommodation groups may also charge a 50% deposit.
